When will my order ship?
We package and ship orders on Monday and Tuesday. We may hold packages due to weather conditions. If you have any specific requirements please contact us before purchase.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS 2nd Day Air.
Do you ship outside the USA?
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Will my plant arrive pre-potted?
You will receive exact plant pictured in the medium and pot specified in the product description. We may need to ship bareroot to some states.
Heat Pack
We have heat packs available for purchase. Please check your weather and add heat packs if needed. Please note that the heat pack will only last up to 72 hours.
What is your shipping method?

Do you offer Local pickup?
Yes. We have 4 pickup locations in Georgia. Atlanta, Duluth, Suwanee and Buford. Use PFPICK code to apply free shipping and message us with your order number via the Contact form to coordinate pick-up.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately we don't. All orders needs to be paid when you place an order.
What is your shipment policy/disclaimer?
Shipping is stressful on plants so do understand that browning and yellowing of leaves is natural when plants are shipped. Plant Friends ATL is not liable for damage done to our plants by the shipping carrier, delayed shipping / delivery times, loss or mishandling of a package as these are out of our control. While we try our best to carefully package each plant, the buyer understands things may happen beyond the seller’s control during transit and whilst plants are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. We do not have any additional information regarding your package once it is no longer in our possession.
